I recognise that while all materials used in the process of tattooing are sterile, tattoo procedures can result in infection, ink loss, allergic reaction and drying of the site. I understand that infection is often caused by poor or faulty aftercare and will duly follow the aftercare advice given by my tattoo practitioner *

I understand that tattooing is an irreversible procedure and that while every effort is made to reproduce the work as described, the nature of tattooing can result in a margin of difference. I understand that I am relying on an artist’s rendering of my design and that an exact replica of a pre-drawn design cannot be guaranteed because of exterior factors including skin-type, client movement and allergies. *
